Day 126 - Cloudy
Cloudy... some people think cloudy weather is ugly weather - I beg to differ. Look at this beautiful sky - how can this be ugly?

Day 123 - Musical Reflection
Who doesn't enjoy a good tune? But its those few songs that touch you that make you feel like they were written just for you. Think of what it really takes to be a musician, to pour out your heart and soul - to put your inner most feelings out to the world. T'is no easy task and I take my hat off to all my musically inclined friends.

Day 121 - Desert Road
I realize it has been over a month since I last posted and the picture per day is not going to work out. However, I do enjoy posting a picture and some thoughts. I will continue with the blog but it won’t be a daily thing. hope you continue to enjoy the pictures.
It has been a week since I have been back state side, things did not go as I had planned them. Originally I intended on living and working in Brazil for five years before coming back home. Now that I am here I find myself without direction, I do not know what to do. I have options and all are appealing but I think it boils down to I do not know what I want. I had a five hours ride from Las Cruces to Hobbs and found myself thinking “Should I start working? Should I go to law school? Should I join the Air Force? Should I just go for a master’s?” I truly did not expect to be here where I am and I stopped and took this picture because it expresses how I feel – I stand here looking down a road that seems to have no end and the only way to find where it leads is to continue down that road. I decided on what to do by asking a friend for advice… but I did not base my choice on her advice but rather on what I was hoping she would say. If you find yourself in the same situation try it and see for yourself, subconsciously you are rooting for one of the choices more than the others.
